Returns and Warranty Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because this is a medical product, please choose carefully - we don’t refund or exchange for change of mind or unmet expectations.
Returns for Store Credit
- Eligible items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no returns accepted without it).
- Return shipping is at your expense.
- Store credit is issued after we receive and verify the return, for the purchase price less delivery.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months, usable only at injectneedlefree.co.za, and not redeemable for cash.
Statutory Rights (CPA)
- Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:
- doesn’t match its description or sample,
- doesn’t perform as intended, or
- is defective/DOA or not of acceptable quality.
- When a CPA claim is approved, we cover reasonable return shipping.
- Replacements carry the same warranty as the original. Please retain proof of purchase.
How to Make a Claim
- Notify us within a reasonable time (generally within 14 days of receipt).
- Contact us via our help center, email, or WhatsApp for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Incorrect or defective goods must be returned in received condition with original packaging.

Exclusions
- We may charge inspection fees if no breach of warranty is found (e.g., item is not defective or matches description).
- No refund/repair/replacement for issues due to fair wear and tear, misuse, abnormal use, or not following instructions.
- Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Faults arising after first use may be covered by the manufacturer; you can also contact the manufacturer for service.
Refund Methods
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed by direct deposit, EFT, or Shopify refund.
