What are Needle-free
Injections and How do they Work?

The Comfort-in™ jet injector is a certified and registered medical device for prescription medication therefore it is a practical solution to injection time. This needle-free injection device is stress-free, needle-free and most importantly –virtually pain-free!

Needle-free injections are injections without needles. The medication is pushed into the skin using pressure and a special nozzle.

How to select the right injector?

1 Is your medication intended to be deposited into your muscles (intramuscular) or into your fatty tissue (subcutaneous)?

2 What types of Comfort-in™ injectors do we supply?

We carry three types of injectors, they all look the same but the difference is in the strength of the spring inside. Injector labeled “IM” intramuscular is tested and certified for Needle-less delivery of vaccines and other prescription liquid substances labeled “intramuscular delivery“. Most popular injector labeled “NORMAL” is certified and suitable for subcutaneous delivery of liquid medications intended for subcutaneous delivery such as Insulin. it’s ideal for delivery of local anaesthesia solutions anywhere the body. Injector Labeled “Soft” is currently used and suitable for delivery of local anaesthesia in the oral cavity in the dental application and is also used by cosmetic doctors for facial injections.

3 How to correctly inject oil based medication such as Estrogen/Oestrogen & Testosterone?

Oily based medication is usually injected into a muscle, in recent years doctors have been recommending “MICRO DOSING “ testosterone subconsciously into the fatty tissue. From customer’s experience the feedback is that the injector labeled IM with 6000 PSI is the best choice for oily based liquid medication delivery because it is 50% stronger than the injector labeled NORMAL 4000 PSI, therefore it will deliver. *It is recommended to inject 0.25ml at a time, therefore if you want to inject 1ml break it over 4 deliveries of 0.25ml each.

My experience has been really good Been 10 years + of doing trt And still can be a pain to do But with this , I feel virtually nothing going in

And no soreness next day Using oil based . I would certainly recommend this . I have the IM version Been perfect on quads which I havnt shot in years just for comfortability , sometimes quad shots just not fun But with this no problem. For all the haters, IT WORKS !!!

Have been using is for several months now with oil based products. 0.25ml and also

tried 0.5ml though not recommended (by the brand) but all went in ... not a single drop left.

Will keep on using it and will order more nozzles soon.

+ easy to use
+ hygienic and clean
+ hard to mess up the shot
+ does not hurt
+ great contact with team if needed (advices, etc ...)
+ guidance notice and videos

- a bit of trial and error at first (right amount of pressure /as much as possible at 90 degrees inclination / find the right injection spot for you)
- better heat the oil with warm water

-/+ some might complain about the nozzle size, but you can make several shots if needed since it does not hurt ...

So far, really happy with the product and do not regret my purchase at all. Cannot wait to see what they come up next with ...

I’m on the GC and have used this device for the last 3 months with my TRT. I’ve done doses at 0.25ml and 0.3ml. No pain at all with injection. Very easy and simple to use

and gives me no anxiety like needles did! I used the subcutaneous device rather than the powerful IM device and found this was perfect to me. I warm up my testosterone for a few mins prior to injection and this also helps lots. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for comfort and easy use.
