Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for men with low testosterone levels due to aging or medical conditions like hypogonadis, Gender-Affirming Therapy (GAT) Delayed puberty, certain muscle-wasting diseases, or fertility treatments under medical supervision.Micro-dosing hormones using the Comfort-in™ needle-free injector represents a promising advancement in hormone therapy. It offers numerous benefits, including improved comfort, better adherence, and more stable hormone levels, making it a viable alternative to traditional needle-based injections. Whether for TRT, gender-affirming therapy, or other medical conditions, micro-dosing allows for a more controlled and personalized approach to hormone administration. However, it is essential to undergo hormone therapy under medical supervision to ensure safety and efficacy. As medical technology continues to evolve, needle-free injection systems may become a standard method for hormone delivery, improving the experience and outcomes for countless patients worldwide.Types of Comfort-in™ Injectors1. Normal Subcutaneous Injector – Designed for SC delivery, where the hormone is injected into the fat layer beneath the skin. This method allows for a slower and more sustained hormone release.2. Intramuscular (IM) Injector – Designed for deeper penetration into the muscle tissue, which is typically used for faster absorption and higher bioavailability.
Needle-Free Testosterone & Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT & HRT)
Starting TRT or HRT and want to avoid needles? Or maybe you’ve had enough of the pain and anxiety that come with traditional injections?
With the Comfort-in™ needle-free injector, you can administer testosterone and other oil-based medications safely and effectively—without needles.
Why Go Needle-Free?
For testosterone therapy, gender-affirming hormone treatments, or other oil-based hormone therapies, Comfort-in™ offers a reliable alternative to needles:
- Needle-free delivery of oily medications like testosterone
- Supports micro-dosing (0.2–0.3 mL per injection)
- Reduces “peaks and troughs” in hormone levels
- CE-certified, easy to use, and suitable for self-administration
- Two injector types: Subcutaneous (Normal) & Intramuscular (Powerful)
How It Works with Oily Medications
Oily medications (like testosterone) are thicker and more difficult to absorb, especially when injected in large amounts. That’s why micro-dosing—splitting your total dose into multiple smaller injections—is key.
Most users inject:
- 0.25 mL per shot (ideal)
- Up to 0.3 mL is generally well-tolerated
- Avoid 0.5 mL in one injection – it’s not recommended because the body, being water-based, doesn’t absorb large oil volumes easily when delivered by force. This can cause discomfort and affect absorption.
Always practice with sterile saline (0.9% sodium chloride) first to get comfortable with the device. We’ll provide video guides to walk you through it.
Choose the Right Injector
- Normal Injector – For subcutaneous (SC) delivery into fat tissue
- Powerful Injector – For intramuscular (IM) delivery into muscle
Your choice depends on your prescribed delivery method—subcutaneous or intramuscular.
