The Comfort-in™ needle-free syringe (or needle-free nozzle) is a single-use syringe with a transparent body, capable of holding any dose from 0.01ml (1 unit) up to 0.5 ml (50 units) of any given liquid medication, with a plunger to discharge the medication through a micro-orifice at the tip of the nozzle and a rubber seal at the topmost tip of the plunger to prevent leakage and/or air bubbles while filling. The tip of the nozzle/syringe comes in direct contact with the user’s skin: it is therefore supplied in a sterile blister pack and intended for single use only.

While this is classified as a single-use item, some individuals with “diabetes“ chose to reuse the same syringe for the whole day, after flushing it with saline solution. Box of 50.
